subrata-roy The Supreme Court parried Sahara chief Subrata Roy’s plea for six-week interim bail and said it would consider releasing him after the group submitted a roadmap for depositing the balance of the court-mandated Rs 25,000 crore dues. A bench of Justices T S Thakur, A R Dave and A K Sikri told Sahara�s counsel Kapil Sibal, S Ganesh and Rajeev Dhavan that no purpose would be served by reiterating that the group had refunded most of the amount due from it as it was repeatedly rejected by the apex court.
